Terms & Conditions
- The minimum age requirement for all guests staying at this property is 18+ (Children not allowed)
- Kindly keep all noise including music & the TV to a reasonable volume to not disturb neighbors, especially after 9pm and before 9am.
- No smoking (Hotel reserves the right to issue $200.00 fine if you are found smoking in the rooms)
- No partying, or bringing unauthorized guests inside the property at any time
- No pets

Deposit
Please note that all reservations are subject to an incidental hold of $100 per stay. Any stay longer than 3 nights will be subject to an additional $100 hold.

Cancellation policy
(This does NOT apply to AIRBNB guests) Your reservation will be charged in full to the card on file 2 days before your arrival and will include 12.5% city tax plus a nightly resort fee of $25.00. If you would like to change your payment method, please do so at least 8 days before your arrival.
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.​ ​Guest reservations will be charged in full 2 days before arrival. This is non-refundable. If you wish to use a different credit card, please let us know more than 2 days in advance

-Check in is any time after 4pm. Check out is any time before 11am.
-Early check in of 1pm or late check out of 1pm may be available for an additional fee.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm till 9am. Kindly keep all noise including music and TV at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb other guests.
-This is a smoke-free property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana) is not allowed anywhere on the premises. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the room if evidence of smoking is detected. (even the SMELL of marijuana or smoke)
-No glassware or glass bottles are allowed at the pool area.
- No pets.
- No unauthorized guests, No persons under the Age of 21, No children.
For safety, security and insurance reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- Guests will be charged for replacement or repair of property and/or rooms.
- Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft, and/or loss due to any cause.
- Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. A major debit/credit card is required at time of check in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay.
-Resort Fee: $25 per day (Resort fees do not apply to Airbnb guests)
-Additional Guest Fee: $15 per person (over 2 guests)
-Early Check-In Fee: $25 for 1pm early check-in (if available)
-Late Check-Out Fee: $25 for 1pm late check-out (if available)

(This does NOT apply to AIRBNB guests) The guest agrees to pay a resort fee of @25.00 per night. The guest agrees to pay all room rates, taxes, and fees as stated in their booking confirmation either provided directly from the property or from their third party booking platform. Guest is responsible for all items consumed in the "mini-bar" all prices and fees are clearly displayed. If mini bar items are consumed, missing, damage, or lost the guest shall assume responsibility for those items.
